    General Introduction:Ling Wang received the B.Sc, M.Sc, and Ph.D. degrees in electronic engineering from Xidian University, Xi'an, China, in 1999, 2002, and 2004, respectively. From2004 to 2007, he worked at Siemens and Nokia Siemens Networks. Since 2007, he has been with the School of Electronics and Information, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an, and was promoted to Professor in2012.He authored over 100 papers in leading journals and flagship conferences.

He is a Senior Member of the IEEE, the Chinese Institute of Electronics and the China Institute of Communications.

    General Introduction: I am Guangwei Yang, as a professor and PhD/master supervisor at Northwestern Polytechnical University, China. I obtained my Ph.D.in Electronic science and technology from Northwestern Polytechnical University, China (2019). Then I worked at Aalborg University as a Postdoc for one year. Since I was granted the Newton International Fellowship by the UK Royal Society in 2020, 1 moved to the school of Electronics Engincering and Computer Science at Queen Mary University of London, as a Newton Fellow. In November 2022, I joined University College Cork as a senior researcher. Given that I have worked in different renowned research teams in my field, my combination of research experience,cross-cultural collaboration, and independent research skills positions me as a highly competent and well-rounded professional in my field. As Pl or Co-PI, I involved in more than 10 projects &fundings supported by Royal Society,UK; Huawei, UK; Sony, Sweden;GomSpace, Denmark;NFSC, China; SFI, Ireland; etc. My research interests are focused on areas such as antenna theory, beamforming technology for 5G communication systems, new approaches and schemes for future wireless communication based on meta-materials/meta-surface.

    General Introduction:Professor Jian Xie received the M.Sc. and Ph.D.degrees from Xidian University. Since June 2016, he has been a faculty member with the School of Electronics and Information, Northwestern Polytechnical University. His research interests incude antenna array processing, direction-of-arrival estimation, and source localization. Dr.Xie received the award of the 2022 Changjiang Young Scholars Program by the Ministry of Education, and he serves as the Editorial Board Member of Journal of Unmanned Systems Technology (in Chinese).
