General Introduction: Yongkang Li received the Ph.D. degree in signal and information processing from Xidian University, China,in2016. From Aug. 2015 to Aug. 2016, he was a visiting researcher with the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering,Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
