General Introduction: Since 2007, Rugui YAO has been with SEI, NPU, where he is currently a full Professor. In 2013, he joined the ITP Laboratory, Georgia Tech, as a visiting scholar. He has authored or co-authored over 100 technical papers in scientific journals and international conferences. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE, the Chinese Institute of Electronics and the China Institute of Communications. Selected Publications:
