General Introduction: Ling Wang received the B.Sc, M.Sc, and Ph.D. degrees in electronic engineering from Xidian University, Xi'an, China, in 1999, 2002, and 2004, respectively. From2004 to 2007, he worked at Siemens and Nokia Siemens Networks. Since 2007, he has been with the School of Electronics and Information, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an, and was promoted to Professor in2012.He authored over 100 papers in leading journals and flagship conferences.
